Cancellation and refunds
What happens if you change your mind, change a date, or we get something wrong.
Every rule below is what the system actually does, read live from the settings that enforce it. If Noosh changes a notice period, this page changes with it — so what you are told here and what happens to your booking cannot drift apart.
Moving or skipping a date
A cleaning visit can be moved or skipped up to 24 hours before it. A meal delivery can be changed up to 18 hours before. After that the day is already being staffed or cooked for, so the change goes to support instead.
A skip never costs you the service
Skipping a date does not use up anything you paid for. The visit or meal stays on your balance for another day. This is enforced in the database, not just promised here.
Cancelling a plan
Cancelling stops future dates on that plan only — your other service is untouched. Everything you have already paid for and not yet received stays on your balance. Completed services stay in your history and are not deleted.
If Noosh does not turn up
A service we fail to deliver goes back on your balance, or we put it right with a replacement or a re-clean. You are never quietly charged for something that did not happen.
Refunds
A refund goes either to your Noosh credit, which is instant, or back to the card or account you paid with, which Paystack settles and your bank times. Noosh credit can only be spent on Noosh — there are no withdrawals and no transfers to other people.
Disputing a completed service
If we mark something complete and you disagree, report it from your schedule. That opens a ticket and marks the service disputed, so it is looked at rather than left standing.
While you are paying
If you pay partly with Noosh credit, that amount is held for 30 minutes while the payment completes. An abandoned or failed checkout releases it automatically.
Still being written
The full legal terms — company details, governing law, statutory rights and retention periods — are with the founder and have not been published. Rather than fill this page with placeholder legal text that could mislead you or bind Noosh to terms nobody has agreed, the operational rules are published on their own until that document exists.
Anything here that affects a booking you have already paid for is enforced by the software today. If something has gone wrong, talk to us.
