None of that is a personal failing — it is arithmetic. Noosh takes the two jobs that eat most of your evenings and weekends, and handles them on a schedule you set once.

On allergies, plainly: we pass your restrictions to the kitchen and confirm they can accommodate them before we assign your order. We do not claim any meal is allergen-free.

We will not print a naira figure here that operations has not actually set.
How we keep this honest.
You see the dates before you pay
Every cleaning visit and every delivery date is listed, with the full price breakdown, before checkout.
Completed means recorded
When we mark a service done it says “Marked complete by Noosh”, with who did it and when. Your own confirmation is separate — we cannot fill it in for you.
Your balances always reconcile
Visits and meals you have paid for are tracked separately from wallet credit. A missed service is restored or refunded under a policy you saw before buying.
You will not find customer counts, star ratings or testimonials on this page. Noosh is new; when real customers give us real feedback and agree to share it, it will appear here and not before.

Only the areas listed in the coverage checker above. Noosh is Abuja-only, and we switch neighbourhoods on one at a time so capacity keeps up. If yours is not there yet, the waitlist is the honest option — it is also how we choose what opens next.
Four separate cleaning visits, on four dates one week apart. Not four days in a row. You see all four dates, the scope and the full price before you pay, and your account shows how many visits remain.
Yes, and that is the normal case. Each service is its own plan with its own schedule, balance and renewal date. Pausing or cancelling one leaves the other running exactly as it was.
You record dietary restrictions, dislikes and spice preference on your profile, and they are attached to every order sent to a kitchen partner. Staff confirm a partner can accommodate a restriction before assigning your order. We pass on and confirm requirements — we do not certify any meal as allergen-free.
Each service has a cutoff set by operations and shown to you before you book — a notice period for changing a cleaning visit, and an earlier cutoff for meals because food has to be cooked. Inside the window you can skip or reschedule yourself. Past it, support can help, and a skip never silently burns something you paid for.
Card or transfer through Paystack. Nothing is scheduled until the payment is confirmed on our server — a success screen in your browser is not enough on its own. A failed or abandoned payment leaves you with no plan and no charge.
It is recorded as failed with a reason, and the visit or meals go back onto your balance rather than disappearing. Depending on what happened and the policy shown before you bought, that is a restored service, wallet credit, or a refund — all of it logged.
Credit that can only be spent on Noosh services. It is not a bank account: there are no withdrawals, no transfers to other people and no interest. Your wallet credit is shown separately from the meals and cleaning visits you have already paid for, because they are different things.
In the app, and by email, SMS or WhatsApp depending on what you have opted into. Service messages about a booking you made are sent as a matter of course; marketing is opt-in and separate, and you can turn any channel off.
